About John Estheimer

I am a lifelong resident of Delaware County, Pennsylvania (except for 1 summer spent in Ocean City, Maryland and the 4 years spent at Shippensburg University).  I graduated in the top 5% of my class of 450 students at Ridley High School.  I then attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geo-Environmental Studies.  I spent several years at Foamex International Inc. in Eddystone, filling many positions, most notably Production Planner / Inventory Coordinator.  I believe that my time as a Production Planner prepared me for my career in Real Estate.  I was responsible for providing customer service to various groups both internally and externally.  I had to constantly juggle tasks to make sure that everyone got what they needed, when they needed it, with the fewest number of inconveniences. 

In my spare time I enjoy collecting experiences with my wonderful wife Cecile.  I like trying new foods, and visiting new places.  Internationally I have only been to Jamaica, but have visited quite a few places domestically.  Cecile and I have sampled more than 20 ethnic cuisines at different restaurants, and are always looking for new ones to try.  I have a special connection to Ocean City, Maryland.  I spent the summer after High School living there, and met my wife as a college freshman on a trip to Assateague Island.  We got engaged in Ocean City 6 years later, and try to visit at least once per year.  I also love outdoors activities and spend a lot of time in the great parks that southeastern Pennsylvania provides.  You'll often find Cecile and I walking the multi-use trail at Ridley Creek State Park (just look for the Keller Williams shirts), or walking the paths at Smedley Park in Springfield or Rose Tree Park in Upper Providence.

I truly believe real estate is my calling.  I love the work, and I love the opportunity to run my business as a business.  I don't plan on going anywhere, and I intend to make The John Estheimer Real Estate Team the best group of Real Estate Professionals in the Delaware Valley.
